| Caliper Maintenance and Repair | |

Maintenance and Repair
Since Tornado TMcalipers are modular in design, they can be easily modified to change rotor thickness, and easily repaired. Also, they can be used as a left side or right side by simply changing the location of the inlet fitting and bleeder.
For routine maintenance or repair, calipers may be returned to us for a full factory rebuild at any time. The charge for this service is $40.00/caliper, plus the necessary parts-in many cases only a seal kit. They will be fully bench tested in the same manner as our new calipers. You can expect many years of worry-free use with only routine maintenance. For race applications we recommend a re-seal and inspection every season, or every few years for street cars. Seal kits and hard parts are also available separately for those with enough technical knowledge of our product to perform a rebuild or conversion. The proprietary finish on our pistons means no special lubricant is needed to perform seal replacement.
Our technical department can assist you during working hours with any questions you may have during a rebuild.
