 Drag Race 

F3 TornadoTM caliper. U.S. patent # 5,515,948. Billet forged aluminum caliper halves. Hardened steel C-sections virtually eliminate caliper deflection. Proprietary piston and seal design provides instant, clean release and eliminates brake drag. Avialble in piston sizes 1.38" to 1.75", and rotor widths .380" to 1.25". Available with 5.25" and 3.5" mounting holes. Modular design allows flexibility of configuration and reduces spares. Every caliper is thoroughly pressure and soak tested. Ideal for rear-brake only drag applications requiring the maximum of brake torque from a compact package. Drag configuration calipers weigh only 3 lbs each with vastly superior clamping force over all-aluminum calipers. This allows for much shorter stopping distances with increased modulation and feel for the driver. Also used for our front import systems.

Compact design offers more clamping force than any other caliper this size. Lightweight--caliper is 1.9 lbs. Ideal for front drag race applications either spindle mount or stock-type suspension. Also used for our rear import drag systems.

Revolution Brake Rotors.This  Innovative Brake Technology from The Brake Man  has a lightweight design with no compromises in rigidity or swept area. We start with a piece of high-quality steel, cut to our own engineered design, then use a proprietary thermal process to remove all the internal stress in the rotor, and strengthen the structure of the metal. These rotors will not warp or crack, and never need to be re-coated like titanium. Our oval racers are seeing several years of use, even in 1000+ degree scenarios; which translates into a drag rotor that will last the life of the car.

Brake Man Carbon Fiber Brake Pads. Specifically designed for carbon/carbon applications, these pads have superior modulation and wear characteristics compared to other carbon pads, and deliver shorter stopping distances. Designed for Brake Man F3 TornadoTM calipers and all other 4" pad calipers. Call our technical department for assistance with carbon applications.

Brake Man Brake Pads. Our own proprietary #1 compound. Pre-cured, does not require bed-in. Developed specifically for drag racing; they offer a huge increase in static brake torque and do not require heat to function properly.
